leadership

Dinorah is a communications, marketing, and talent management veteran with over 15 years of experience spanning agency, in-house, and founder-led work. She is known for pairing sharp positioning with deal fluency and executional excellence, helping brands and talent build campaigns, secure partnerships, and bring live and media initiatives from concept to launch.

She began her career in communications, with previous clients including Nike, SheaMoisture, Domino’s Pizza, Harman Kardon, Cine Sony Television, Columbia Doctors Midtown, and Full Sail University, to name a few. Recruited directly by the CEO, Dinorah transitioned from the agency side to an in-house role within the Sundial portfolio of brands, where she led communications and influencer marketing strategies for SheaMoisture, Nubian Heritage, and Madame CJ Walker. During this time, she led nationally recognized multimedia campaigns that earned attention across major industry platforms and publications. She was also a recipient of the 30 Under 30 PR Rising Star award by PRNews.

After several years working with influencers on the brand side, Dinorah observed persistent disparities in how talent of color was being positioned, protected, and represented. She felt led by the Lord to launch Bodega7, a bi-coastal talent management agency representing diverse multicultural digital and entertainment talent. During this season, she developed and produced chart-topping, award-winning podcasts, managed and produced sold-out tours, brokered television, film, and publishing deals, negotiated high-value brand partnerships across a wide range of categories, and helped secure press and visibility for major tentpole moments. She also supported talent in securing representation and navigating opportunities in collaboration with major agencies including WME, UTA, CAA, and Innovative Artists.

Building on this foundation, Dinorah transitioned Bodega7 into a consulting practice, applying her experience across communications, marketing, and management to advisory engagements and select implementation projects.

A graduate of Manhattan University with a degree in Communications and a dual concentration in Journalism and Public Relations, she is currently stewarding a women’s ministry, Seed Sow Harvest, its annual in-person gathering, Hidden in the Lord, and pursuing a Masters degree in Bible Exposition.
